Autumn Courses

This Autumn is a great time to grow in our discipleship, and while we’re not meeting in Home Groups, it is a great opportunity for us to do some Courses that will help us grow in our faith and living it out in our daily lives. So, we hope to run these courses (if you click on the titles, it’ll link to the course website to find out more):

Discipleship Explored

(the follow on to Christianity Explored) - on a Sunday evening and on a Tuesday afternoon on Zoom (led by Simon W.)

It helps followers of Jesus grow by focusing on the love of Christ which drives discipleship. This eight-session journey through Paul’s letter to the Philippians is ideal for believers at any stage of the Christian life.

The Bible Course

(from The Bible Society) – on a Tuesday evening over Zoom (led by Simon M.)

The Bible Course is a great resource, whether you are familiar with the Bible or just starting out. It helps you explore the Bible and see how the books of the Bible are part of one big story.

Transforming Work

(by the LICC) – on a Wednesday evening over Zoom (led by Tim)

Your work matters to God. Transforming Work allows you to gather with other working Christians to explore the biblical view of work and how to practically apply it in your own life.

Real Change

(from Biblical Counselling UK)– on a Thursday evening over Zoom (led by Mark & Sarah)

Real Change is a course for anyone who wants to find out how the gospel changes us from the inside out – anyone who wants to take a look at what is going on in their heart and grow with God’s help to see Real Change.

When will they RUN?

We hope to run the Courses this term (Autumn 2020), starting on Sunday 27th September and the week following. Most will run weekly, with a break for Half Term and Trinity Together (on the first Wednesday of each month).

What’s involved?

Join on Zoom, watch the videos, and engage with the discussion. There maybe a bit of reading or study to do between weeks - which will mean you get more out of the time together.
